Sales goals & budget

To see the report go to Sales activity. This view shows the activity against goals for the sales team and for the individual coworker. It is possible to filter by dayweek, month, quarter, year and custom period.

The sales activity report

On this page you can read about:

Lime Go automatically collects data on three fields – “sales calls”, “booked meetings” and “completed meetings and customer visits”. A corresponding activity will update the relevant stat by 1. You also have the option to set and be measured on a budget.

Sales call

Statistics are updated when any of the following activities are performed:

  • when you log the final step in a call list.
  • when you add a new entry under the “Sales call” activity.

Booked meetings

Statistics are updated when you create a meeting, e.g. through a business card or directly through a person or deal.

Note: the activity is logged under the statistics of the person who booked the meeting, even if another person attends.

Meetings held

Statistics are updated when any of the following activities are performed:

  • when you report on how a meeting went You will find your meetings on the “Today” page and on your profile.
  • when you create a “Customer visits” activity entry.

Budget

A deal will be included in your monthly budget one you put it in a positive final step (e.g. won).

The statistics are logged for the employee who saves the information in Lime Go. For example, if a person books a meeting for another salesperson, the person who books it is logged in the statistics, and not the other salesperson.
