FAQ

Connect Lime Go to other systems

Zapier is a super neat and cool service which makes integrations between different online services as easy as pointing and clicking a few time. Zapier makes it possible for anyone, without specific technical knowledge, to integrate Lime Go with over 400 different online services.

Yes, Lime Go has an open REST API which you can use to integrate your Lime Go with other systems. You can read the full API-documentation here.

Integrate your calendar to Lime Go

Lime Go has a lightning fast double-synced calendar integration for Outlook & Apple calendar.

How does it work?

Your meetings in Lime Go will be synced to your private Outlook or Apple calendar within a second. Avoid double bookings in your own calendar and never double book a colleague again💰

Right now the calendar sync does not send any invite or message to the person connected to the meeting, but your user will get an invite in your personal calendar. We will in a short future allow you to send invitations to the people connected to the meeting. This will then also include the descriptions to your meetings, so make sure to not include any sensitive information. Keep that in your meeting notes.

PS. Only for meetings, not reminders or snoozed calls 😊

How to activate the sync

This can be activated under “Profile” –> “Maximize Lime Go” –> “Calendar sync” –> “One-way sync”

FAQ

Can’t get it to work?

A reason for why you can’t activate the sync, could be your organisation’s IT security. Make sure you talk to your own IT department before you contact our support.

Can I send meeting invitations through the calendar integration?

Not right now. However, we plan to allow this in the future.

Will the participants of a meeting be notified when changes are done?

No they will as of now not be notified.

What happens if a meeting participant declines the meeting?

The meeting will still be visible in Lime Go but you will get an email in your inbox that the participant has declined the meeting invite.

What happens if I remove a participant from a meeting in Lime Go?

If you remove a participant from a meeting in Lime Go, the removed person will not be notified. However, you will still have the meeting in Go until you remove or cancel the meeting in either Go or your calendar.

Can I schedule myself into a coworkers calendar?

No unfortunately not, but we are developing a scheduler. Check out our roadmap to get to know more about our upcoming product features!

What about time zones?

We don’t support any time zone differences. Only one time zone (UTC +1 [Stockholm]).

We don’t use a unique email domain – will that be an issue?

If your organization is using a unique domain through Microsoft Office 365, it should not be an issue. However, we have noticed that accounts with Outlook domains are not as reliable and could thus be an issue (e.g. email addresses that ends with @outlook.com).

Will the participant be notified if I cancel a meeting in Lime Go?

The participant will not be notified.

Can I cancel a meeting from my personal calendar?

Yes you can cancel a meeting from your personal calendar and it will get cancelled in Lime Go as well.

Will a canceled meeting from Lime Go sync to my personal calendar?

Yes you can cancel a meeting from Lime Go and it will get cancelled in your personal calendar as well.

I have changed something in an already synced meeting invitation, but the changes are not seen immediately – why?

It can sometimes take up to 2 minutes until changes done in your personal calendar will be visible in Lime Go. However, changes done in Lime Go will be shown immediately in your personal calendar.

What happens if I change the length or time of the meeting?

If you change the length of the meeting in either your personal calendar or in Lime Go, then it as well will be synced on each side.

Which meetings will be synced?

When you set up the calendar integration, only you’re upcoming meetings for the next 3 weeks will be migrated to your calendar directly. The rest of your meetings will be moved over next 24 hours.
