Why can’t we send an e-mail to all of our customers?
One of the big changes that GDPR entails is that you need explicit consent in order to do mass mailings. It is no longer enough to have been in contact with the person. In order to send e-mail campaigns from Lime Go you need to check this checkbox on all of the persons in your audience.

To send email campaigns from Lime Go, you must check this box of all the people you want to send to.
What is the GDPR?

Data processing: Whatever you need to use customer data for. For example, you need the data to sell your product or service.
