Calling list

When you create your calling list you can choose to assign it to a coworker or several coworkers. You can also edit it later once in the calling list.

Take the calling list, and in the first view press the button in the upper right hand corner. Choose Remove and then Ok. Done!

A calling list is a static snapshot of how the underlying data looked when the calling list was created. The less bureaucratic answer is that once the calling list is created it isn’t automagically updated by Lime Go anymore – you have to add/remove companies yourself. The reasoning behind this behavior is that a calling list is a campaign that you’ve decided to do now – not something that is forever lasting. Once it’s done, it’s done, and you make a new list for your next campaign instead of reusing the old ones.

Company data included

There are no public records showing if a school is private or not. However, many private schools are incorporated companies. Hence, look for schools that are incorporated and the chance are high that they are also private. If you are looking for public schools you just change the company form to communal and the Industry to ‘Primary Education & Preschool’. Good luck!

This means different things in different countries. In some states it means that the company or person should be excluded from advertising and direct marketing campaigns. While in other states it means that the person or company should not be contacted at all without consent. We advise all of our customers to follow the regulations in their specific country.

The information you enter into Lime Go is yours. And yours only. There is no one outside your organisation that can see that information.

No, unfortunately you can’t. However, we want to be able to offer this solution in the future.

They collect data from different sources, depending on what database you are using. Contact us if you want to know more.

The company need to be active to be registered by Dun & Bradstreet (fml. Bisnode). That means that they need to fulfill certain requirement, which differs depending on what database you have.

The contact information in Lime Go is streamed to you, much like film or music is streamed to you in services such as Spotify, Netflix and many more. The information is free to access within Lime Go at a fixed monthly fee. Export of the information is restricted, just like at Spotify or Netflix.

Zapier is a super neat and cool service which makes integrations between different online services as easy as pointing and clicking a few time. Zapier makes it possible for anyone, without specific technical knowledge, to integrate Lime Go with over 400 different online services.

Yes, Lime Go has an open REST API which you can use to integrate your Lime Go with other systems. You can read the full API-documentation here.

Email mailout

An Opt out means that the recipient has unsubscribed from your newsletter, and no longer wants to receive emails.

This will update the email consent in Lime Go.

Unfortunately, no.

If you anonymise a person that is included in an upcoming campaign, all personal data about that person will be deleted. The person will remain (as anonymous) in your e-mail campaign to show you that you were trying to send an e-mail to someone on this company, but will result in a hard bounce because the e-mail address is missing.

You can export the result from a calling list and also your business opportunities. Another option is using Zapier if you want to create automatic export flows.

Personal data & GDPR

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, it is important to inform the contacts you have in Lime Go, as they may be affected negatively. This must be done within 72 hours.

Contact us to get the list of your contacts so you can notify them.

One of the big changes that GDPR entails is that you need explicit consent in order to do mass mailings. It is no longer enough to have been in contact with the person. In order to send e-mail campaigns from Lime Go you need to check this checkbox on all of the persons in your audience.

One of the big changes that GDPR entails is that you need explicit consent to be able to do e-mail send outs and campaigns. It is no longer enough to have been in contact with the person.

Unfortunately, we could not have set it automatically because you need explicit consent.

To send email campaigns from Lime Go, you must check this box of all the people you want to send to.

Data Protection Regulation. It is a new European law for the handling of personal data and increased privacy protection that enters into force on 25 May 2018.

GDPR leaves a lot for interpretation. It states, for example, that companies must provide a “reasonable” level of privacy protection for personal data, but does not define what falls within the “reasonable” framework.

However, GDPR defines the rights that all customers have.

Before we go into these rights, we need to determine a few definitions:

  • User: It’s you! The user of Lime Go
  • Customer: A natural person, whose data is available and processed in Lime Go
  • Reference: The field that connects a person to another object, e.g. field with the customer on a history note, a to-do task or a document.
  • Data processing: Whatever you need to use customer data for. For example, you need the data to sell your product or service.

Here you can read more about Lime Go and GDPR

If you suspect that your account has fallen into the wrong hands, it is important to notify the contacts you have in Lime Go, as they may be adversely affected. This must be done within 72 hours. Contact us to get the list of people involved so you can notify them.

Yes! When you create a reminder there’s a button where you can delegate to your coworker. Type in your coworker’s name and the reminder will be shown under their profile or task view.

You can check what your colleagues are up to or what they have planned by looking at their coworker card in Lime Go or at the Activity view and changing the agenda from yours to theirs.

Signals & temperatures

A signal is an event connected to a company. The term “signal” is derived from the commonly used sales term “buy-signal”, picked up by the sales rep. when interacting with a prospect. A typical signal in Lime Go is a recommendation, ingeniously called “Lime Go recommendation”. A signal comes with a “strength”, between 1-99, to indicate how interesting the signal is for you.

To start with we will give you new recommendations once a week, with a fresh batch waiting for you every Monday morning.

You need to have at least one company that has the relationship status Customer, but the more customers the better recommendations. Relationship status Customer is indicated by a heart on the company card.

Lime Go has a recommendation engine that works with parameters derived from your existing customers. Depending on what your customer base looks like, the algorithm will find patterns and recommend other companies.

The temperature of a company represents a “heat” generated by the recently collected signals (read more here). The signals represent different buying signals from companies, shown as a temperature between 0-99 degrees. It rises when hot and cools down when time passes. A high temperature means that a company registered a high number of signals or a very strong individual signal. A good tip is therefor to create a calling list from your signals by using it as a filter. It is also possible to filter on when the signal appeared!

The basics of Lime Go

To add a new person to a company press the + Add a person on the person section on a company card, or you can click on the big green plus-button and choose Person. Fill in the blank fields and then press save.

  • As an administrator you can always edit (update the description) or remove a document.
  • As a user (no administrator permissions) you may only edit or remove your own documents, and within 14 days of creation.

Of course you can! If you use Lime Go on your smartphone, everything works straight out of the (Go) box. If you would like to call directly from your computer you’ll need a so called soft phone on your computer i.e. Skype or Telavox. Click on the number you would like to call, and don’t forget to take notes from your call.

All data in Lime Go is imported from Bisnode, which in turn collects its data from various public sources (Bolagsverket, Skatteverket, Statistics Sweden, etc.) You will unfortunately not get all contact information, to all decision makers, on all Swedish companies. On the other hand, Lime Go gives a very good indication of the company, its current situation and who to contact or ask for, so you will at least get a foot in the right place. Do not forget to supplement the data in Lime Go by looking for items, the company’s website or using LinkedIn. Lime Go will help you go from cold dialogues to lukewarm / hot. In addition, you save a lot of time with the collected data in one place.

Lime Go is a web app so no separate app is required for your smartphone or tablet. Access Lime Go via your browser to use a mobile-friendly version. To open Lime Go on your mobile, click on the question mark at the bottom left of the Lime Go interface & scan the QR code.

*Tip*! Create a shortcut on your home or start screen to get to the web app quickly and easily.

If you’ve accidentally deleted something important, don’t panic! In all likelihood, it’s recoverable.

Companies, people and call lists in Lime Go are saved and can be restored if they’re deleted. Any link to the missing item can take you to the recovery page. You can often find a link to a deleted item in comments, reminders or meetings.

Unfortunately, deleted comments, reminders and meetings are gone forever.

You can edit a tag by clicking on Settings -> Company/ Person/ Deal -> Tags -> then just change the text and click Save.

  1. Go to Settings (gear wheel on the side menu).
  2. Depending on the tag you want to delete, select either deals, companies- or the people tab on the settings page.
  3. Click on the Tabs sub-tab.
  4. Now the available tags will appear. Click the waste bin to delete.
  5. Press save at the bottom of the page.
  6. Success! You’ve removed a tag.

Click on the big green plus-button and choose Company. Keep in mind that there are already registered companies in Lime Go, so check before adding a new entry to avoid duplicates.

Don’t worry! Just click on Forgotten password on the login page. Enter your email address and you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If this doesn’t work, please contact our support.

You can delete persons you have added, but consider whether the person should really be removed. If someone resigns or changes jobs, it’s better to set the person as Inactive. If you add a person by mistake, it may be appropriate to delete them instead.

To delete a person click on the menu button (top right) and select Delete. Removing a person requires that you have the rights to do so. Basic data from Bisnode cannot be deleted. However, you can “hide” people if you are unable or do not want to delete them. You can show these through the “switch” on the company card.

As an administrator, you can edit (update the description) or delete a document. However, if you don’t have administrator privileges, you can only edit or delete your own documents within 14 days of their submission.

Users & invoicing

Click on the green Global create button at the panel to the left and choose Coworker. You can also set a password and decide what permission the coworker should have. Once you have saved the new user, the coworker can log into Lime Go. Note: once you add a new coworker in Lime Go, it will be added to your next invoice.

If you would like to change the e-mail address used to sign in to Lime Go, you simply change to the new e-mail adress in your profile in Lime Go. You can reach your profile settings by clicking on your profile picture in the bottom left corner > Profile settings.

Yes, you can change the login information. However, we recommend that you disable the first person’s account instead and then create a completely new user. The reason is that if you change the name, it will be hard to know who did what historically. That would take away one of the benefits with Lime Go: which is to keep track of who has said, done, promised what… or cut which ribbon.

Lime Go is only available on a yearly subscription plan. Your subscription is hassle free and thus auto renewed each year unless you tell us otherwise. We’ll need your cancellation notice at the latest 60 days prior to your renewal.

When a user is disabled, the user can no longer log in to Lime Go anymore. Everything that the disabled user has done in Lime Go is of course still intact – history, reminders, appointments etc. Please note that you still have to notify us if you have downgraded.
