Troubleshooting

Email our support at support@lime.tech with the following information;

  1. Screenshot of the message/error.
  2. When it happened and who it affected.
  3. Which Lime CRM version you’re using.

Check if you have the latest version of Lime CRM (download here) and try restarting your computer.

  3. I cannot log in

I cannot log in

This can be caused by several different issues.

If you use AD login, i.e. you should be able to log in automatically without a username and password, it may be that you are not registered in the correct AD group. Check with your IT manager that you are added to the correct group (usually LIME users).

If you log in with your username / email address and password – contact your Lime CRM administrator. He should check that:
• you are logged in to the admin interface LISA.
• you are an employee of Lime CRM.
• the user in Lime CRM is connected in LISA.
