Troubleshooting

  1. Screenshot of the message/error.
  2. When it happened and who it affected.
  3. Which Lime CRM version you’re using.

Check if you have the latest version of Lime CRM (download here) and try restarting your computer.

This problem occurs because some files are not installed correctly. This is because some files are not installed correctly. Some examples of error messages associated with this can be seen below:

 

 

 

How do I fix this?

Step 1 – Test a repair of the Lime Client.

To do this, go to the Windows Control Panel> Programs and Features> Uninstall a program> select Lime CRM in the list> Modify> Repair.

Step 2 (if step 1 doesn’t work) – Install the files manually.

The file in question (in most cases is the only one you need to run) is vba71.msi. Both files are attached in case vba71_1033 needs to be run as well. You will find these at the bottom of the guide. Follow the instructions below to start the installation.

  1. Download these files (VBA71 and VBA71_1033).
  2. Right-click on the downloaded files and select “View in folder”
  3. Uninstall them by right-clicking on the files in the folder> Uninstall4. Run the new files by double-clicking them (first vba71 and then vba71_1033).
  4. Restart Lime to verify that the issue is resolved.
