Create and use views

Views control which columns are displayed in different tabs. The “Standard” view is always there, but can look a little different depending on what was initially decided that you should see.

You can easily build your own views, by clicking on the arrow to the right of the button with two columns of dashes at the top right in e.g. the view with Company.

If you want to be able to share a view with a colleague, you need to be logged in as an admin or super user. You can then click for under the tab tab who should be able to see the view. Note that only admin can change in the default view.

A filled ring under views, indicates that it is a split selection. (To edit a split selection, you need permission to do so). Views are used to show how you see the information in the list, such as My Ring View or Segmentation View. The easiest way to search is via the quick filter. You can sort the fields in your own view as you wish.


Create your own simple view with ring information

  1. Click the arrow next to the view button.
  2. Select New view.
  3. My ringlist view.
  4. Click add, select field, Add> company name, add> customer status, add> phone number.

Tip! Click the F3 key to immediately return to the Quick Search selection.
