FAQ

Company data included

There are no public records showing if a school is private or not. However, many private schools are incorporated companies. Hence, look for schools that are incorporated and the chance are high that they are also private. If you are looking for public schools you just change the company form to communal and the Industry to ‘Primary Education & Preschool’. Good luck!

This means different things in different countries. In some states it means that the company or person should be excluded from advertising and direct marketing campaigns. While in other states it means that the person or company should not be contacted at all without consent. We advise all of our customers to follow the regulations in their specific country.

The information you enter into Lime Go is yours. And yours only. There is no one outside your organisation that can see that information.

Add a new company and match against the data in Dun & Bradstreet (fmr. Bisnode)

Can I add a new company and match against the data in Dun & Bradstreet (fmr. Bisnode)?

Yes! This is how you do it:

  1. Add a new company.
  2. Press the two parallel arrows at the top right – “Match against source data” is displayed.
  3. Search for and select your company and click “Done”.

NOTE! If you or a colleague has made any changes to the Dun & Bradstreet company you want to connect to (for example, added notes, made yourself sales responsible, etc.), before you try to match the unmatched company against Dun & Bradstreet – it won’t work. If you have done changes, you get an error message that says “the company is already connected” – it is so-called touched. In this case you first have to untouched the company before you can proceed with the steps mentioned above.
